WEST PAK AVOCADO INC
Job Contact: ELIZABETH GARCIA
West Pak Avocado was founded in 1982 as a grower and shipper of California avocados, West Pak began operations from a small packing house in Fallbrook â the heart of the stateâs avocado growing region. Our disciplined approach to delivering quality produce and our ability to forge strong partnerships with regional growers earned us a solid reputation in the industry. In 1992, we opened a new, state-of-the-art, 40,000 square foot packing facility in Temecula, California to service an expanding customer base throughout North America and Asia. In 1996, we formed our Mexican subsidiary â Grupo West Pak de Mexico â and opened an advanced 90,000 square foot packing facility in Uruapan, Michoacán. Today, West Pak is proud to be a major force in the avocado industry. Our extensive relationships with domestic and international growers â combined with our mastery of transportation logistics, ripening technology and marketing expertise â translate into year-round availability of quality produce. And our status as a financially strong, privately-owned company allows us to continue our sole focus on serving our customers.
Our VISION, quite simply, is to be âthe worldâs premier avocado company, offering quality, superior service to customers and growers everywhere.â Being the premier avocado company does not mean being the biggest, but it does mean being the best and most relevant in terms of customer value, customer service, employee talent, and consistent and predictable growth.
