Job Description

* Driver Free from Vehicle Maintenance Cost, late fees, etc
* BPS SEMIs are well maintained
* Driver only responsible for the cost of the fuel and tolls
*10 hotel stays per mth, non-cumulative
* Pay: 60% of the payout from Carriers to BPS
* Drivers weekly load target expected to achieve/reach-for is $5,500 to $6,500.00.
* Drivers is supported by a dispatch team thats disciplined and skilled at helping achieve their load target.
* Driver has a sincere and genuine passion for driving - gets joy and delight out of driving. Love being on the OTR
* Driver has a high attentiveness, and alertness, to task of driving
* Driver knows how to take care and maintains an awareness of the vehicle performance, and reacts appropriately when they notice somethings is not right.
* Driver operates in the bounds of safety and the rules for OTR driving; driver has a unique attentiveness for the rules of compliance of OTR driving.
* Experience: 3+ years
* Broker Experience a plus
