Job Overview
We are seeking motivated Owner/Operators to join our dynamic team, driving dry van freight with in-house dispatch support. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced drivers who want to maximize their earnings while enjoying the benefits of a well-organized and supportive logistics environment. As an Owner/Operator, you will be responsible for hauling freight efficiently and safely across designated routes, ensuring timely deliveries and excellent customer service. This role offers the chance to operate a variety of equipment, including manual transmission trucks and refrigerated trailers, with the backing of a dedicated dispatch team committed to your success.

22% (includes dispatch fee)

Lease option for RGN trailer @ $550 per week

Duties

Operate tractor-trailers, including dry vans, refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, dump trucks
Load and unload freight safely and efficiently at multiple locations, adhering to safety protocols and delivery schedules
Conduct route driving with precision, managing schedules to meet delivery deadlines while maintaining compliance with all transportation regulations
Perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks to ensure optimal truck performance
Communicate proactively with in-house dispatch team for route adjustments, load updates, and delivery confirmations
Handle freight securely during transit, ensuring cargo integrity and safety throughout the journey
Qualifications

Proven experience in truck driving or commercial driving roles, with a strong emphasis on load & unload operations and route driving
Valid CDL (Commercial Drivers License) with endorsements relevant to the equipment operated (e.g., Refrigerated trailer, Tanker)
Experience operating manual transmission trucks preferred but not required
Familiarity with freight handling equipment such as forklifts is a plus
Ability to operate different vehicle types including flatbeds, dump trucks, roll-off trucks, and tractor-trailers
Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards in trucking operations
Excellent driving skills with a focus on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
