Job Description
Wise Wheeler LLC, based out of Burr Ridge, IL, is looking for experienced, safety-minded CDL-A OTR Company Drivers to join our growing fleet. We value energetic drivers who are committed to safety, efficiency, and professionalism every mile of the way.

Compensation, Bonuses & Perks

Base Pay .75 cpm
Performance Bonuses
Extra Stop Pay: $25 per additional stop.
Layover Pay: $100 per lost day.
Paid Vacation: Earn paid time off after 1 year of service.

Clean DOT Inspection Bonuses

Level 1: $500
Level 2: $250
Level 3: $150

Responsibilities & Skills

Navigate OTR routes efficiently while strictly adhering to all DOT safety regulations and company policies.
Communicate effectively and regularly with dispatchers regarding route updates, delivery schedules, and any on-the-road issues.
Support delivery operations by ensuring all freight is handled, secured, and transported responsibly.
Maintain excellent coordination with dispatch teams to ensure smooth, on-time delivery processes.

Requirements

Experience: 2 years of verifiable CDL-A driving experience is mandatory.
License: Valid Class A CDL.
Driving Record: Clean MVR (no major violations).
